Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment Time
All items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Handcrafted crochet items may take slightly longer depending on complexity and order volume.

Shipping Method & Delivery
We currently ship via USPS to all U.S. locations.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days
Priority Mail (optional upgrade): 1–3 business days
Tracking is provided on all orders once shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. In some cases, we may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions.

Packaging
Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery—especially our mugs and tumblers, which are fragile and deserve TLC!

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has shipped, delivery is in the hands of USPS. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS if eligible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Soulful Xpressions 4U, All of our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Replacements will be sent at no additional cost for verified issues.
